MORE INFO
It started with a single social post in February 2023. Within two months RE/MAX Malta had entrusted me with the redesign and passed ownership of the brand to me: stationery, marketing materials, office interiors and signage, flags, car decals, events, magazine ads, email signatures and the company football kit.
RE/MAX had no designers in-house, so I hosted workshops for the marketing team and refined their systems to support their growth. I also streamlined their design feedback, which came from too many people and places and was costing them time and money.

01Listing templates
I built the templates behind RE/MAX’s custom marketing tool. An agent enters a listing’s details and gets an on-brand post, which works on its own or as the first slide of a carousel with the property’s photos. New listing and just rented announcements follow the same system for stories and the feed.
Listing post on Instagram. Agents generate it from a listing's details.
Listing carousel on Facebook. The post as slide one, then the rooms, the location and the agent.
Just rented post. For the feed, once a property is let.
New listing story. Posted by agents the day a property goes live.
02Monthly market update
A template made to be reproduced every month with that month’s data, and built to be easy for non-designers to use. I trained the marketing team to produce it themselves, which cut their costs.
Cover slide. The month and the series title.
Promise of sale agreements. The month's total, the change on last year and the top localities.
Final deeds of sale. The month's total and the top localities.
Six-month comparison. Promises of sale against final deeds, May to October.
October 2023 market update on Instagram. A carousel the marketing team now rebuilds each month with new data.
03Recruitment
Where the recruitment posts started when we began working together, and where they went: cleaner and more modern, with the branch manager of the hiring office front and centre. The careers poster was printed at A4 for the offices.

04Signage
The brand on the street and at events: property stickers for agents’ windows and doors, roll-ups for RE/MAX Malta and RE/MAX Lettings, and feather flags.

Property stickers. Agent and For Sale stickers on property windows and doors.
05Event: A Night in the City
The official RE/MAX Malta summer gathering. The identity starts with the 4 by 2.5 metre banner, Valletta’s skyline in gold under a night sky, which became the photo wall on the night. The same navy and gold carried into the menu, the dress code guide sent to every guest, and an overlay that tied every guest photo back to the event.
Photo wall. The banner became the photo wall for guests.
On the night. Guests at the photo wall.
Menu, both sides. Canapés and the open bar, on each table.
Dress code guide. Sent to every guest before the night.
Photo overlay. The event logo and RE/MAX mark on every guest photo shared after the night.
06Event: Real Talk
A public discussion with industry leaders on the way forward for real estate in Malta, over three days. Lighter and more corporate than A Night in the City: the Real Talk mark beside a wall of sponsors, carried into the save the date posts, the Mailchimp invitation and the sponsor pack.

Save the date on Instagram. Announcing the three days, 19 to 21 June.

07Sponsorship: The company football kit

08Between campaigns
One piece from each month I worked with RE/MAX in 2023, from the first seasonal posts to the monthly market update. The Facebook cover kept the page consistent between campaigns.
